Can I put these pieces in the dishwasher/microwave?

Every piece, but the Abalone series, are dishwasher/microwave safe. BUT I highly recommend hand washing and keeping microwaving time to a minimum in order to prolong the life of your piece.

Do you ship to “…” ?

I currently only ship with in the United States. Shipping prices will vary and are calculated at the checkout.

Can I pick up if I’m in the Central Oregon area?

Of course!!!! In this case, choose “ Local Pickup” at checkout and I will email you a location for pickup, no shipping fees included.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

No, all sales are final. As a single owner of a small business, processing refunds for change of mind and returns cost my business time and excess money. Thank you for your understanding.

What if the piece arrives broken?

In this case, email me at stitchandpike@gmail.com. A replacement will be sent to you in 2-4 weeks time, depending on inventory. This option is available only 3 days after the item was delivered.
